A RESOLUTION INCLUDING CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA. WHEREAS, the City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, as successor in interest, no longer needs the easement for ingress and egress across the above-described real property.
